My Little Garden
(Sometimes I just daydream about gardens and what mine would look like. It would be wild and full of herbs and flowers, rocks and birdbaths. It would be small and free, and surrounded by little walls, so it feels like a secret place, a quiet place, a honey bee place of vibrant colors and wild games of laughter. A place for fairies and rabbits to play together, with twinkling lights to make it shine at night)

  1. What book did you use for that collage? I'm sure I've read it before!
    Beautiful post.

  2. Hey Katherine :)
It's an old Comtesse de Ségur book. Do you know them? I used to love them when I was young!

  3. This post reminds me of my old house. It was a little yellow one right on the corner of a quiet neighborhood. My dad let me have the little garden in the back... It was small and overgrown, surrounded by an old white picket fence. The roses climbed up over the walls, and the tall grass shot up to about knee high. It was full of life and color and oh, how I miss it so...

    Always,

  13. I always think of things like that when I read books that describe grand forests, and lakes, fields to sleep in. I wish New York had more room. I'd devote an entire room to a garden if I could!
